Rapid-Assembly

Polyhaus’ speed of construction significantly reduces time, and thus dramatically reduces labor and opportunity costs. Rapid assembly is primarily achieved by robotically cutting mass timber into 60 pieces that can be put together in just a few days, much like a puzzle. Additionally, Polyhaus has secured the entire supply-line of industry partners which include Vaagen-Timbers, Andersen Windows, Kingspan or Taylor Metal Roof Systems, Kohler-Services (bathrooms), Reform (kitchen), and many others to optimize timing while ensuring outstanding quality.
